Courtney G. Joslin is a Professor of Law and Martin Luther King Jr. Hall Research Scholar at UC Davis School of Law. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Brown University. She is the co-author, along with William N. Eskridge Jr. and Nan D. Hunter, of a casebook on Sexuality, Gender and the Law, and a co-author of a treatise on LGBT rights law.
