Grant Hayden

Grant M. Hayden is Professor of Law at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He writes and teaches in the areas of voting rights, corporate governance, and labor and employment law. He is the co-author of a forthcoming book, American Law: An Introduction (Oxford University Press, 3rd ed., 2016), with Lawrence M. Friedman.
