Saraswati Rathod (she/her/hers) is a 1L student at Stanford Law School, where she is a member of the Transgender, Gender-Nonconforming, and Intersex Pro Bono Project and a member editor of the Journal of Civil Rights & Civil Liberties. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a researcher, fact-checker and writer for The Nation, Mother Jones, and WIRED.
