Dean Amar and Professor Mazzone argue that while it’s not clear whether the U.S. Supreme Court will review this case, the issue the case raises is likely to be one the Court takes up soon.

Grossman points out that this case raises yet another example of the many ways in which working women do not compete on an equal playing field.
